There are two upstairs balconies ideal for those afternoon sun downers or evening BBQ's. Downstairs has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry and a small lounge room with another TV. Out the back has a large grassed area with fish cleaning facilities. There is also an outdoor shower ideal for that wash down after your fun at the beach.
