Established in 1892, the long standing Western Australian Trustees building on St Georges Terrace in Perth now serves as an entrance to The Trustee Bar & Bistro. Inside, the eye is drawn from mounted brass piping to booths of darkened wood and leather, all surrounded by stonewashed walls and columns.
